Car parking charges will be paid upon exiting the car park.

How to park
① After confirming that the locking flap is lowered, slowly enter the parking space.
② Park your vehicle within the lines of the parking space, ensuring that the rear wheel has completely cleared the locking flap.
③ The locking flap will operate automatically within approximately 3 minutes of entering the parking space and after paying the parking charge. Stay clear of the locking flap by at least 1 meter.
① Press the number of your parking space.
② Press the fare payment button and pay the corresponding amount.
③ After confirming that the locking flap has lowered, exit the parking space within 3 minutes. (The locking flap will rise again automatically after 3 minutes.)
④ Press the receipt button if you require a parking receipt.
Please use the car park in compliance with the following car park user agreement.
1 Vehicles that can be parked:
a) Overall length, width, minimum ground clearance
Vehicles with length not exceeding 4.8m, width not exceeding 1.7m and minimum ground clearance above 15 cm and below 24cm.
Even if vehicles meet the above criteria, they will be prohibited from being parked if the following criteria apply.
・Vehicles which fail to activate the entry recognition device such as those with a minimum ground clearance which exceeds 25cm.
・Vehicles equipped with automatic leveling that enables vehicle height changes.
・Vehicles that may cause damage when entering and exiting the parking space due to contact being made with the locking flap such as vehicles fitted with aero parts.
・Vehicles prohibited from being driven on open roads such as non-registered vehicles or those that have not undergone safety inspections.
・Vehicles for which changes have been made to vehicle registration details but "Change of Registration" procedures have yet to be completed.
・Vehicles for which identification is difficult such as vehicles that are still under provisional registration.
・Vehicles that may damage the car park facilities, equipment or other vehicles when contact is made with external fixtures attached to the vehicle in question.
・Vehicles for special use such as large-sized special motor vehicles and special construction vehicles.
・Vehicles carrying hazardous materials, air pollutants or materials that emit odors or leak fluids.
・Ensure that your vehicle is parked within the lines of the parking space.
・Always reverse park, ensure than the handbrake is on and lock your vehicle.
・Speed must not exceed 8 km/h within the car park.
・Drive in accordance with signs, markings and traffic rules.
・Money shall not be returned even if the case where a user accidentally enters the wrong parking space number when paying the parking charge.
・Engaging in any activities other than parking one's vehicle which may disturb other users. (Littering, selling merchandise, staying inside the vehicle overnight, playing catch etc.)
・If a user fails to pay the required parking fare upon exiting the designated parking space, the user will be charged a fine of 50,000 yen in addition to the parking fare.
4 Restrictions on Length of Parking Time
・Parking is limited to 3 days in succession.
・Contact the emergency number in the event that the vehicle is likely to be parked for more than 3 days.
・The car park will demand that the user (owner) removes the vehicle if it is parked beyond the stipulated 3-day period.
・If the user fails to comply with this request, necessary measures shall be taken such as chain locking, relocating (towing) or disposing of the vehicle.
5 Management Disclaimers
Seiwa Park (Co.,Ltd.) shall not be liable for any of the following:
・Accidents that may occur in the car park or for any trouble that may arise between car park users.
・Theft, loss or damage to vehicles.
・Loss or damage to any property including cargo or personal effects left in vehicles while parked in the car park.
・Damage resulting from vehicle obstruction by other vehicles when users exit parking spaces.
・Damage due to natural disasters and any other events of force majeure.
・Damage due to violation of car park usage instructions or the car park usage agreement.
・ Compensation for time spent waiting or for lost opportunities etc. while problems that have arisen in the car park are being dealt with.
・Accidents caused by infants and children playing games within the car park.
6 User Liability for Damages
・The user shall pay the superintendent the parking charge owed, as well as a 50,000 yen penalty for breach of contract if the user has committed a wrongdoing or violated the car park usage agreement.
・The user (owner or fellow passenger) shall promptly compensate other parties for any damages sustained if the user has caused damage to facilities, other vehicles or other users in the car park.
